ios 16.6 update a day ago, today my iphone 14 Pro spontaneously froze with black screen, can't turn on

I recently installed the ios 16.6 update and all has been fine for a couple of days and I just went to my phone and noticed it was black screen.

I tried turning it on, nothing. I had to force restart it (volume up, volume down, hold power). It finally came back, but this is the first time in a year I've had to restart the phone, and the first time I've ever had to do this maneuver with an iphone.

Is this a sign of a problem with 16.6?

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
