delete a blank page on Pages

I use the landscape mode to create a document. It automatically sets the blank page. How do i delete an extra blank page?

How can I delete a page in the Pages document? I have a page layout document with two pages. Somehow I added a third page which doesn't have anything on it. I want to delete that page. However, when I follow the instructions for deleting a single page in a page layout document (making sure to select that one page) I encounter a question box that asks: Are you sure you want to delete all the content in your document? No, I certainly don't. So I have experimented with a test document and said yes to deleting my content thinking that it will delete just the third blank page. lt doesn't. thank you for your suggestion. I tried that, which is what I usually do and didn’t work. So in the document format settings I disabled ‘constrain proportions’ and that deleted that extra blank page. But all the more thanks for your suggestion.

There must be some sort of overflow. Tap on the second page and where the cursor is blinking use the delete key until the page disappears.
