Wallet transaction history and notifications not showing

I use my iPhone SE, iOS16.6, with my bank card for electronic purchases. For several days, I have not been receiving any notifications and no transaction history. I have reviewed all the settings I can find, for iPhone notifications, Wallet on both iPhone and Mac, and my financial institution app, including trying to add a new card (it refused because the details were same as existing card) and ensuring the details (address, etc) were correct. This change in behaviour possibly happened when iOS was updated the other night. What are my options now to correct this?

I was having this trouble as well and started the processes of signing out as suggested but then changed my mind. The phone only signed out of Find My. When I went back to my settings to sign back in to Find My, a new updated privacy statement for iCloud services needed to be agreed to. Once I did that, everything else updated — including my missing transactions.

Thanks Jeff. Wallet is working after signing out and back in on my two devices.

There were a few heart-in-mouth moments after signing back in, such as a couple of pop-ups saying there had been a sync problem between iCloud and iMessage, and a couple of other issues (which I cannot recall). But after verifying my card reinstallation on Wallet, it appears to be working well, with notifications and history. All's well that ends well.

Please sign out of your Apple ID on all your devices and add cards back into your Wallet app. Previous cards will appear in your Wallet in the Add to Wallet screen under previous cards. All you’ll need to enter is the 3 digit CVV security code and the bank will verify the card/account again and it will be added to your Wallet App. The transaction will appear within the next 24 to 72 hours.


As an alternative, you can delete just the card not reporting and re-add the card via the above process.
