Water damage on keyboard

Look I was with my 2020 MacBook Air when my cup slipped and left few drops of water on the keyboard, the keyboard dosent work now even after drying it the compute works just fine but still

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1

If you have AppleCare you can get it repaired for a fee. I got a new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip back in 2021 and was walking through my house early in the morning with a cup of coffee. It was only about 2 weeks old and I tripped over my own foot and my whole cup of coffee went right into my keyboard. I had to pay $299 with AppleCare to get it fixed... but it's as good as new now. I learned to be way more careful.


If you didn't purchase AppleCare+ it will cost you way more to get it repaired.
