forgot screen time password
i forgot my screen time password and it doesnt work to try forgot password.

Why doesn't it work to try forgot passcode (it is a code, not a word)? It is difficult to help you if we do not know what is going wrong.
You might end up having to do the same as if you had forgotten the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled. --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
This will erase the device. You can restore your device from a backup but the backup has to date from before you set the forgotten passcode or it too will be restored.
