Battery in use for 3 years. Seems to drain faster now than when new. How to know when to replace battery?

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity

Replace the battery at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop when the Max Capacity is down to 80%
