Kernal panic for 1 user account only (MacOS Ventura 13.5)

I'm using a Mac mini with M2 Pro with macOS Ventura 13.5 (22G74). There're 2 users, both are admin. When I tried to log into my usual account, it appeared to be loading the apps properly for the first 5 seconds. (Those apps include Finder, Safari, Chrome and a few more.) But then it went dark after that and restarts. This crash just keeps looping, and I tried to quit as many apps as possible during the 5 seconds but it doesn't change the outcome. My suspicion is Dropbox because it integrates with Finder and I was trying to "make available offline" a bunch of offloaded photos and videos and transferred them to an external SSD drive. It's worth mentioning that when I log into the other user account, there's no crash.

Try starting up in Safe Mode.

If you can log in, restart normally to see if it has been cleared.

If it works in Safe Mode, but not normally, it would likely be caused by something you installed.

If it were me, I'd cut directly to the chase.

Create a new user, transfer data from old to new user and then remove the offending old user.

I've started a new user account. The problem is that the data of the old user would still be inaccessble because other accounts simply don't have the rights to access it. The "fileproviderd" in the log tells me that it's probably Dropbox or Google Drive that's causing the problem. Is there any way I can stop them from running at startup, or simply delete them from my new user account?

Stop using Intel Only applications only use Universal or Silicon versions of software because IMHO The application Intel conversion eats RAM like no tomorrow!

I had the same issue occur today. It shows the same cp_corrupt_assert failure.

The same happens in safe mode.

I have also tried reinstalling the operating system without any luck.

Did you manage to fix the problem Joshua?
