Ventura crashing repeatedly

I installed Ventura a few days ago and my MacBook Pro (2020) keeps crashing. I prefer to store all my Apple Music (iTunes) sound files on an external drive and Music preferences have to be reset each time the MacBook crashes. Very annoying/inconvenient. Laptop memory is large but not large enough and I prefer not to use iCloud for this.

Before writing this another crash occurred and I wasn't even using the external drive at the time. Absolutely no problems prior to installing Ventura.

Don't know if any one has any answers pls?
