Laptop does not appear to be charging whilst connected to power. (Power is confirmed to be working).
Laptop appears dead and will not switch on.
all charging ports have been tried.
I have tried a hard reset (ctrl + Command + power button) with no joy.

there are a few things that could be wrong here.
1) The most MacBooks have more ports, please test every usb-c port on your Mac.
2) If you have a MacBook with MagSafe, try to charge it via USB-C.

I have a good power source but my MacBook is not charging No battery sign etc
