My Apple Watch updated and now it won’t scroll

Since my watch 6 updated 2 days ago it will no longer allow me to scroll. How do I fix this?

Hello DLM236,

Please force restart your Apple Watch by pressing simultaneously on the Digital Crown and the side button until the Apple logo appears.
