Hi all I’ve just purchased an Apple TV and connected to my LG G3, with Sonos ARC. For some reason Atmos does not appear as an option on the titles of series/films also when playing I keep losing sound. Anyone else has this issue?

Netflix’s content labeling (Dolby Vision and/or Dolby Atmos badges) has some known issues in the interface, but that shouldn’t affect actual audio output. Losing sound would be a separate issue. Note that you’ll need to subscribe to their Premium tier for high end video and audio formats; it isn’t available with Basic or Standard plans.
Is this only for Netflix, or other content providers as well?
I just set up my new Apple 4 k tv with my Sonos Arc, and could not get Netflix to show Amos. This finally worked. Thank you.
