Apple ID is not active

this is a problem am encontring whle signing in my mom's phone “Apple ID is not active”. Started a few days ago. Was working fine before that. Get the same message if I try to reset password

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
