music purchased on iTunes has downloaded on my iPhone 11, but won’t play
Your purchased music is hidden. To unhide, open the iTunes Store, scroll up to the bottom and sign in to your Apple ID and look for hidden purchases.
Having similar problems, certain songs say purchased, but don’t allow for downloads.
