It says my account has been disabled in iTunes and the App Store and I can’t figure out what’s wrong

I’m trying to download an app and it says my account has been disabled in the app and iTunes Store

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
