Macbook Pro keeps getting disconnected from External monitor

Macbook : Chip - Apple M1 Pro, macOS - Ventura Version 13.5 (22G74)

External Monitor : Samsung 81cm (32) High Resolution Monitors with AMD freeSync USB-C Type

My 6months old Macbook Pro keeps getting disconnected intermittently for 2secs from External monitor, reconnecting back on its own. But this is happening frequently throughout the day. Really irritating!

This started happening after my latest upgrade of macOS, so I find it the suspect. Any resolutions please??

2560 by 1440?

That's not tough resolution to support, but it does require at least a USB 3.1-certified cable with USB SuperSpeed+ label at each end and UNDER 1 meter in length.
