iPhone WiFi connection issues to Opportunistic Wireless Encryption SSID's after last weeks update

Hello, We've noticed that after apples update last week to iphones, we are unable to connect to our SSID which is set up with Opportunistic Wireless Encryption. I have noticed that iphones are able to connect to SSID's that are set up with PSK. The error message I am seeing is "Unable to join the network "xxxxxxxx", where xxxxxxxx is the name of our SSID. The WAP's we are using are Meraki. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas why iphones are not able to connect to SSID's that are set up with OWE encryption? Thanks in advance for your support!
