I normally use iPhone/iPad Mail app to check my gmail and yahoo email. It happened since today that yahoo email cannot load to MAIL but gmail is ok. Please advise what is going on?
Everything is ok if I use web ver or yahoo own email app. But just MAIL app doesn't work with yahoo email suddenly.

Thanks for your reply. I have try to go mail - account - yahoo - delete and re-add account but doesn't work. Also, I have updated latest OS already.
Sometimes, it ok too download yahoo email to MAIL but sometime not ok... can say most of the time not ok.

It can’t solve the problem. It will ok for first few times then it stated account error again.
I have tried another method that mentioned at another forum to reset iPhone network … I tried and it ok for few hours then it happened again 😣
When I attempted this I selected Yahoo and signed in. But it just signed me into a browser based version of my yahoo account. The only options for proceeding seem to be clicking “Cancel” which cancels the auth request and sends me back to page where I select yahoo. Or closing the app which also takes me out of the sign in process. I have even tried adding the account through the settings app and then opening the mail app, but again it takes me to the mail carrier select page.

Thanks for that extra information! Might I ask what happens when you try to remove and add your Yahoo account again? Is there any error message?
I don't see any kind of thing for mail in settings on my ipad. New iPad user here.
Same thing happening to me. Has me checking my security settings and then doesn’t go past that. No button to continue or anything just have to close out back to the set up. Did you find an answer?
