I purchased the Movie Gung Ho on iTunes to watch on my Apple TV 4K but the video/audio are out of sync, making it unwatchable. I’ve talked to support a few times and it seemed like they were going to try to fix but it’s still not working. It’s definitely an issue with the movie and not my devices, I have over 140 iTunes movies and this is the only one with a problem.
How can I get this resolved? Can I get Tim Cook on the phone?

No it was never resolved after many calls with Apple Support. I actually had to send evidence that the issue was on their end instead of them just watching the movie. I finally demanded a refund when it became clear that Apple
has no intentions of fixing, their incompetence outstanding.
I have the exact same issue after purchasing this movie. I have over 300 movies on my Apple TV and this the only one with an audio synch issue. Were you successful in getting a refund or the issue resolved?

minutes of troubleshooting, realized it’s the movie. It’s unwatchable with this delay!

After many many calls I finally gave up and demanded a refund, was denied the 1st time but finally got it.
I really wanted it fixed but couldn’t figure it out -sad.
