Edit a photo and remove people from the photo
You can't do this on iOS with the built in tools. You will need to get an imaging compositing program.

There is not a way to do that natively on the iPhone. You can Copy subjects with the newer devices, but not delete them. You may need to look for an App in the App Store to accomplish that.
