I have tried several times to activate my apple ID so that I can upload my podcast.
I have reset the password, added a payment method and refreshed pages, I get the same error msg every time.
Please help!
Oh man, I spent some hours on this today. You need to agree to the Apple Media Service Terms and Conditions by signing in to Apple Music or the App Store. Personally I just did this by signing in to Apple Music on my PC. Some forums say you need to listen to a free song but I didn't do that. Right after I logged into Apple Music on my browser, it prompted me with the Apple Media Service Terms and Conditions which I accepted. That resolved the issue for me anyway.
If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
