I have a special needs adult that Id like to set up as a childs account, is there any way to do that

I have an adult son that is special needs, and basically has the mind of an 8-10 year old. Id like to set up a child account for his phone, but the apple age verification will not let me set one up for over 13 years old. Is there any way to do this legitimately?

I have not seen a way to do this using the current account structure. I have seen others ask similar questions and I suggest you contact Apple about a need for this. Click on this link for Apple products feedback links --> Product Feedback - Apple
