Series 3, it used to load a few days back, it’s stuck in the screen where a wire appears, and the little lightning, an hour ago, changed for a few minutes to the next screen of the big hour. But it went back to the past screen.
the thing is, it’s an issue going also in my mom’s Apple Watch. (Series 7)

If it happens on both watches, I would suspect the power adapter or charging cable. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
