my girlfriend has deleted some of her text messages sent to me, and im curious on what they were. i want to know if she will be able to see the texts as well if i recover them.

Only if you share an Apple ID, which you probably don’t and shouldn’t.
If you successfully recover the messages, just send them to her again. Be like: “This one is from you honey, and this is what I sent back, etc.”
