I dropped my phone in water. nothing is wrong with it besides water in the back camera and my phone is constantly stuck on SOS mode. ive taken out my sim card and cleaned it multiple times but its still on SOS mode. any tips?

Yes, you have water damage in your phone. Water damage can't be repaired, you are probably looking a purchasing a new phone.
