Migrating the data under my user on Mac book pro

Have a problem with Adobe Photoshop. Abobe company manager create for me second user on my Mac book Pro for better solution with photoshop program. They write me a letter with this proposal:

please contact Apple support to get the access and permissions allowed to your user account on the Mac, and if that still causes the same issue, please get their help in Migrating the data under your user, to a new Admin User on your Mac.

How can I do this esy and fast? Need help. Thank You.

When you migrate data, you'll be presented a screen to choose which users you wish to migrate. Just pick the one you want.

But if the Adobe product is a licensed one, the license may not be transferred. You need to ask Adobe about this. When we've done this, we've always deactivated the license on the old computer and reactivated it on the new one. Generally that was pain free.

As to fast and easy, it is what it is just don't do it over wi-fi.
