How to move the iPhone search bar to the top

Hello I’m wondering how to move the built in search bar aka the “spotlight search” or when it says “Siri Suggestions” back to the top of my iPhone. I’ve been using iPhone for so many years and it really throws me off not having it at the top.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

You're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user forum and we, just user like you, are not aware of Apple plans/decisions.
