The Viewer window constantly freeze so I can not view my work.
I have tried to hold down option + command during startup and it helped for 5 minutes. Then back to the problem.
What can I do to solve this? Thank you for any help!

So many threads about this issue. See the advice given in one of them, which is to export xml in version 1.10, restore 10.6.6 and use that. There are serious issues with 10.6.7.
Also, turn off automatic updates in the App Store.
Before any update, I always rename the application, for example, to Final Cut Pro10.6.6.app, and make a zip (control-click, choose Compress Final Cut...). This allows me to keep copies of previous versions in case anything goes wrong.
In the absence of that, you can restore the old version from your Time Machine backup (then immediately make a zip of it for safekeeping).
For any library that was updated to 10.6.7, select the library in FCP browser sidebar, and choose File->Export XML...; select version 1.10.
Then in 10.6.6 do File->Import->XML and select the file exported above.
Depending on where the media is, this could be enough.
