I purchased a movie from itunes and it is completely out of sync with the audio. It won't work on my laptop or the apple tv. All the rest of the tv shows and movies work except this specific one.
Any advice?

I'm having the same problem with the movie "The devil wears Prada"... The original soundtrack is out of sync, and you can't watch the movie.... On the other hand, if you choose german, you don't have the problem! I have reported the problem... let's see if apple support can fix it.

Same here. Just one movie: 'The Man Who Would Be king.' It's out of sync on two Apple TVs, a Mac, and an iPad, and none of my other movies have this problem. So, it's definitely the file that's defective.
I submitted a report at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I wonder how they'll resolve this. I purchase a lot of movies and don't always watch them right away. I purchased this one a little over a year ago. Frustrating.
Please contact the iTunes Store staff about issues with specific purchased movie titles.

Tried contacting Apple but didn’t get a reply to my ticket.

One Movie is out of sync with audio, rest of them work.
