How to delete HOME KIT?

Every time I open my iPad or iPhone, I'm always greeted wih "Use iCloud for Home Kit.......". I have to tap on Cancel everytime to go on and use my iPad or iPhone! I don't use (or intend to use) Home Kit! This is very annoying and could hinder farther use of my device in a dire emergency! I use home automation from other sources NOT from iApple. Please, how can I disable this annoying popup?
