$0.99 storage upgraded and now paying twice on iphone. Following instructions, theres no history or subscription of the $.99 charge!

I’ve gone to Manage Subscriptions and payment history and can not find this $.99 anywhere but it continues to come out of my bank account. How do I stop this charge?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Do you use multiple Apple ID?

👉 Please check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud+ plan subscription.

If you have an iCloud+ plan subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

With that 2x invoice, check the Apple ID on the invoice, the Order ID & the Document No.

Then scroll down & see:

👉 If you have any questions about your bill, contact support. This email confirms payment for the iCloud+ plan listed above. You will be billed each plan period until you cancel by downgrading to the free storage plan from your iOS device, Mac or PC.

You may contact Apple for a full refund within 15 days of a monthly subscription upgrade or within 45 days of a yearly payment. Partial refunds are available where required by law.

If you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.

Where are you seeing this second charge exactly?

iCloud storage is a recurring monthly charge. It will charge you each month for the storage until you cancel it.

You can find your storage subscription any following the steps in the support document linked below.

click here ➜ Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

If you are seeing a second charge at the same or similar time as the 0.99, it's probably for something else, and not your iCloud storage.

If you can't find the other charge in your subscriptions listing, follow the steps in the support document linked below.

click here ➜ If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If you are the family organizer for a Family sharing group you will be charged for other member's purchases and subscriptions. Those charges would only appear on their Apple ID and subscription list.
