Grey dot on the back of iphone 14 pro

suddenly a grey dot appeared on the back of my iphone 14 pro. It’s not a crack or a damage. Can anyone explain what is this ?!!! And how can this dot be fixed ??!!

The paint has chipped off. There is no way to fix it, put a case on it to hide the spot.
