Screwed up workout data: watch and phone

My data is screwed up on my watch and phone. It is recording yesterday as a 995 minute workout and it is not listed where you look at "more data"...so I can delete it. It only shows true workouts from Sunday and Monday and yet the minutes show hour after hour of working out. Can you help me to find it so I can delete it? TIA

Exercise: 995/45min for 16H 43 min workout (not real of course)

Maybe you left a workout running?

Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.

1.Tap a category, such as Activity.

2.Tap the subcategory concerned.

3.Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the top right-hand corner.

4.Tap the Delete button next to the records you want to delete.  You could have hundreds over that period.

It may not correct the rings.
