turn off solo safe mode

I'm constantly getting random channels with solo safe mode enabled. This means that if I solo a track, say a kick drum, then another track also plays as it has solo safe enabled. This gets pretty annoying. I have a track named prelisten in these projects and I have never deleted this!

I have to press control and click on the solo button to switch it off, but when I next open these projects, it is enabled again. Is there a way to disable solo safe, or is there another solution?
