Apple Cash for family members under 18 says Pending even with all requirements met

I've allowed my 17 years old to use my Apple card through the sharing option but now all her cashback cannot be sent to Apple Cash for no reason. She has an iPhone 14 Pro Max, signed with her Apple ID, two factors authentication on, and device region set to

United States. What can be done?

Hello Matt_dSC,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with Apple Cash for your teen. Please follow the steps here to see if they resolve the issue: Set up and use Apple Cash Family - Apple Support

"Set up Apple Cash for a child or teen

  1. On the family organizer's iPhone, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap [your name], then tap Family Sharing.
  3. Tap the child or teen that you want to set up Apple Cash for.
  4. Tap Apple Cash, then follow the instructions on your screen to set up their account. You might need to verify your identity. If you see Pending, make sure that your child meets the requirements.

After you complete these steps, you can view and manage the Apple Cash accounts of your children and teens."

We hope this helps.
