My app store won't let me change password's. Tell's me "not secure password"

Hello,

I do have the most current up-to-date iOS.

I've been trying to reset my password on my second phone or phone I use for my iPod.

When I try to log out of my iCloud from my phone to see if it's glitched. It asks me for the password to log into my account I'm already signed into to reset the password which I don't know plus can't reset.

I am also super confused about what app my purchases are running under. If it's a downloaded app store purchase. Is it iTunes, the app store, or iCloud account that I need to reset? are they all separate?

I have two iCloud accounts because it's an old phone, and the other one doesn't do this.

I was trying to make an in-app purchase through a game, and then it took me to the app store.

Nothing worked. Both ways when I went through settings, and secondly I was prompted to reset my password through the game. it led me to nowhere other than being told "My password is not secure" for every password I typed.

How do I get to be able to reset my password if I'm locked out like this, and on my phone it won't let me reset my password?

Thanks,

iPhone 11

It's all one password. From: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support "After you log in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and more."

Exactly how you change your password depends upon if this is an adult or a child, and the equipment you have.
