How to turn off X-ray wallpaper

Playing with new iPad and changed the settings somehow and now my photos are in X-ray format

Settings>Accessibility>Display and Text Size> classic Invert> Off or Smart Invert>Off

Black and white photo Sorry. I don't know where I might be able to tell Apple to my hope to consider providing a feature on iPhone. iPhone is very convenient and very influential to many of us in handling many daily tasks. We also take photos by iPhone as scanning documents. Sometimes, we really want smaller size for the photos with fewer pixels and relatively lower resolution for some documents with only pure text or pure math equations. Would it be possible for iPhone to provide some more options for us to use black/white or lower resolutions while taking photos of some documents? Sincerely genuinely thanks a lot!

iPhone 13 wallpaper are not present I upgraded from iPhone 11 to iPhone 13 Pro Max but as I want to change wallpaper, the wallpapers that come with iPhone 13 are not there only from iPhone 11 are there
