How to remove McAfee pop-ups?

I'm getting McAfee pop-ups in the upper right side of my Mac. I've searched and researched. I've followed all the steps on the Apple support page. I've checked Applications, Downloads, Security and Safari to no avail. It reads, "Turn on your Antivirus. Click to run McAfee. or Your McAfee software expired. Click to renew." The message changes. I have a new MacBook with an M2 running on Ventura. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Please??
