Unable to get in Apple Business Connect - getting message "Something went wrong - try refreshing the page"

This is the message popping in when I am trying to log in Apple Business Connect from my laptop or iphone. I am able to verify the 2 factor authentication but keep getting this message. This is happening for the last 2 days.
