Claimed phone number of the location is not valid - Business Connect

Hello there,

I'm trying to connect my business to apple connect's website. But when I want to validate everything I get the error message "Claimed phone number of the location is not valid".

I'm using the correct phone number which is also already associated with my Apple ID and I'm the business owner. So I don't understand why the phone number is not valid. Plus I never added any other phone number to my business either on google, apple or social media.

Do you have any solution for this ?
