Probably you are using third-party apps and/or a third-party device.

If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party apps or a specific website or a product then please contact the app developer or site publisher/host or the manufacturer directly. Here is how

  • To contact an App developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
  • To contact a web publisher —> Scroll Down to the bottom of the web page. You will find: Contact Us, Help Center, Support, Terms of use, etc.
  • To contact the Manufacturer --> Please read the manual that may have come along with the product.

Are you referring to a digital picture frame? Maybe one that accepts photos by one of the following methods:

  • Memory card
  • USB flash drive
  • WiFi
  • Some special application or Web site (e.g., if it's an Amazon Echo Show device)

If you're trying to get photos off of an iPhone's Camera Roll, and into .JPG or .HEIC files (you probably want .JPG for a picture frame), there are several ways to do it.

  • If you have iCloud Photos turned on, you can use a Mac that is connected to the same iCloud Photos library to display and Export the photos. You can also use the iCloud Web interface (https://www.icloud.com/) – with it, you can get to your photos even on a Chromebook or a Windows PC.
  • You can use Image Capture to import photos from your iPhone to your Mac.
  • You can e-mail photos to yourself from the iPhone, and download the attachments on a computer. You might be forced to send small or medium-sized versions of photos to get the e-mail to succeed.
