I keep getting a force quit application notification

It's difficult to help without more details:

• What app is giving you the "force quit notification"? Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing when this notification pops up?
• What MacOS do you have? (Apple menu and About This Mac will tell you).
• What model MacBook Air do you have? (Apple menu and About This Mac will tell you).
• What size HD do you have, and how much is available? (Available via System Settings->General->About...scroll down to Storage if you're running the Ventura MacOS).

An app is not responding. So, what is the app? You may have yet to let the app complete itself. Or the app may be frozen.
