Transferring files from a Sony ICD-PX370 to Apple

So I have this Sony ICD PX 370 recorder & it has a USB. I am trying to figure out since at the moment I do not have a regular computer how to transfer my audio files or is it possible to transfer them to my Apple 14 pro max phone or my Apple iPad Pro? I need to be able to transfer the files on a regular basis and email them. Is there an easy solution to this or do I need to buy a computer? Thanks for any help.
