erase ipad
Got a new ipad and all data was uploaded to it. I want to erase old ipad to give it to someone. i went to settings, general, transfer or reset ipad but the erase all content and settings is grayed out

If you can't erase it through settings, try connecting it to a Mac using Finder to erase or a PC using iTunes to erase it. If it doesn't show up in those areas try putting it into recovery mode.
