Having closed the subscription, all was lost. It is part of how Apple made the policy.

1. Go Here: Get an Apple Music Student Subscription - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: If you're no longer a student
3. As it Reads: “If you're no longer a student or if you complete 48 months of a student subscription, your subscription automatically becomes an Apple Music individual subscription and you lose free access to Apple TV+.”

Getting Media Back After a Reset:

Did you relocate? If you relocated to another country/region, then all of you purchases items from the iTunes Store and the App Store would be lost. This all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Federal government. It's no more than a matter of piracy. So, if you relocated, then you just have to repurchase it all again. That's just the way it is :(
