My phone won't turn on this morning, unsure if it's related to charging. This has happened twice in the past, the first time it fixed when it was hard reset, but the second time and this time hard resetting doesn't work, no combination of trying to turn it on works, no matter which plug it is plugged into. I have an iPhone 13, it is not old and crappy, so for the life of my I cannot workout why this keeps on happening. Please I need help ASAP

Please try a Forced Restart on the phone. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.

1) The phone returns to normal operation
or
