Update to 16.5.1c.

Anyone else having trouble downloading and installing Security Response 16.5.1c?

It is showing available in my updates but it won't do anything. And when I try to do it in iTunes, it says that I have the latest update.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

I figured it out. I had to allow for cellular update to get it to start.
