why is my mac not charging?

why is my mac not charging? Its not the cable or outlet, and on settings it says the battery health is normal.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

Hi,

If your MacBook Air has Intel processor, resetting SMC could solve battery related issues.

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
