billing issues

i’m having billing issues related to my card that need me to verify my payment method but i haven’t recently purchased anything and i’m getting charges for things i’ve never purchased around $20-30 has disappeared from my card balance. im unable to reinstall free apps because of this issue

i was having trouble with instagram not loading right so i went to uninstall it to possibly fix the issue. when i went to re install it it said verification required and made me put in my apple id password, after i did that it brought me to my cash app card in the app store and it said i needed to verify my payment method/information/update it or add funds (which i cant do) and im now unable to reinstall the app without funds or somehow updating the info.

Cash App is not a product or service of Apple. You would need to contact the support team at Cash App if that is the account you’re having issues with.


If you meant Apple Cash, you can see a list of transactions by going to your Apple Cash card in your Wallet app on your iPhone. If you have billing questions, you should see the merchant listed under transactions. If you still don’t recognize the charge/transaction call support at Green Dot Bank for additional assistance.
