search results appear duplicated in safari history

We'd be happy to provide you with some information. It's hard to tell if the results in your screenshot are duplicates or not because most of the results appear to be truncated. The only result we can see that shows the full address looks very similar but is in fact different.

Website addresses are considered unique when a single character is different, including capital letters. Website titles, like the larger text in your screenshot, do not have to be unique.
