If my boyfriend has a iPhone 7 but he upgraded his phone and it stopped working completely saying he has no service even though he paid the bill what can we do to where we don’t have to pay for any replacements? Because it’s the update that messed up everyone’s phones which is not on our part.

So even though you work for apple you can’t help to turn his phone back on all I get is a take it to apple … for what and y’all want us to pay for it to get fixed when it’s y’all’s update that messed our phones up in the first place.
If the new upgrade messed up my phone completely will you guys replace it?
